betpri ("betpri", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every user who interacts with the betpri platform at https://betpri.one and any associated mobile applications (collectively, "the betpri Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains — in clear, legally precise language — what personal data betpri collects, why it is collected, how it is processed, who it may be shared with, how long it is retained, and what rights you hold as a data subject.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of betpri's services, including registered account holders, visitors to the betpri website who have not yet registered, and any individual whose personal data betpri processes in connection with its operations. By accessing or using betpri, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

For users located in Pakistan, this Policy governs how betpri processes data in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles including those reflected in frameworks such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which betpri voluntarily aligns with as a benchmark for data governance.

betpri operates the betpri Platform under an international gaming license. As a licensed operator, betpri is subject to regulatory obligations that require the collection, retention, and in certain cases the disclosure of specific categories of personal data. This Policy describes how betpri fulfils those obligations while also protecting user privacy to the greatest extent possible within those constraints.

The Data Controller for personal data processed through the betpri Platform is betpri (the operating entity). Contact details for data protection enquiries are set out in Section 15 of this Policy.

betpri processes your personal data exclusively for the following defined purposes. No personal data collected by betpri is processed for any purpose not listed here without the user's prior explicit consent:

• Account Registration and Management: To create, verify, and maintain your betpri account, authenticate your identity at login, and manage account settings, preferences, and security configurations.
• Age and Identity Verification (KYC): To verify that you meet the 21+ age requirement mandatory for betpri account access, and to fulfil betpri's Know Your Customer obligations under its international gaming license. CNIC data is central to this process for Pakistani users.
• Payment Processing: To process deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, and to process withdrawal requests back to your verified payment method. Financial data is shared with payment processors solely to facilitate these transactions.
• Sports Betting and Gaming Services: To record, settle, and display your betting activity, casino sessions, slot play, and keno participation — and to calculate and credit winnings to your betpri balance.
• Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering: To detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, money laundering, and any other prohibited conduct as defined in betpri's Terms and Conditions and as required by betpri's gaming license compliance obligations.
• Responsible Gaming Compliance: To enforce self-exclusion decisions, apply deposit limits, maintain cooling-off periods, and conduct proactive player welfare monitoring as required by betpri's responsible gaming programme.
• Customer Support: To respond to queries, resolve complaints, process formal dispute submissions, and improve betpri's service quality based on aggregated support interaction data.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: To comply with orders, requests, or obligations issued by betpri's gaming licensing authority, law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, or courts of competent jurisdiction in any applicable jurisdiction.
• Platform Improvement: To analyse aggregated, anonymised user behaviour data to improve betpri's product features, user interface, payment flows, and overall platform performance.
• Marketing Communications (Opt-In Only): To send promotional communications, bonus notifications, and betpri product updates to users who have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. See Section 12 for full details of betpri's marketing practices and opt-out options.

4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

In accordance with GDPR-aligned data protection principles that betpri voluntarily adopts, all processing of personal data by betpri is conducted on one of the following lawful bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform betpri's obligations under the user agreement — including account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and gaming services. Without this processing, betpri cannot provide its services to you.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with betpri's obligations under its international gaming license — specifically AML compliance, KYC record-keeping, responsible gaming enforcement, and disclosure to regulatory authorities. This processing cannot be restricted by the user as it is a regulatory requirement.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing undertaken for betpri's legitimate business interests where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights — specifically fraud prevention, platform security, abuse detection, and aggregated analytics for platform improvement.
• Consent: Processing for purposes where betpri has obtained your explicit prior consent — specifically for marketing communications. Consent is always freely given, specific, informed, and revocable. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any prior processing.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

betpri does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Personal data is shared with external parties only in the following limited and defined circumstances:

• KYC and Identity Verification Providers: betpri engages regulated third-party identity verification services to validate CNIC data and confirm age eligibility. These providers process personal data solely for verification purposes and are contractually bound to betpri's data protection standards.
• Payment Processing Partners: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank receive the minimum financial data required to process your specific deposit or withdrawal transaction. betpri does not share betting or gaming activity data with payment providers.
• Gaming Software Providers: betpri's casino and slot games are provided by licensed third-party studios. These studios receive anonymised or pseudonymised gameplay data for game functionality and audit purposes. They do not receive identity or financial data.
• Fraud Prevention and AML Services: betpri uses licensed fraud detection and anti-money laundering screening tools. These services may process certain identity and transaction data to detect patterns indicative of fraudulent or money-laundering activity.
• Gaming Regulatory Authority: betpri is required to disclose specified categories of player data to its gaming licensing authority upon request as a condition of its gaming license. Such disclosures are mandatory and cannot be refused.
• Law Enforcement and Legal Authorities: betpri will disclose personal data to police, prosecutors, or courts where required by a valid legal order, court order, or equivalent mandatory legal instrument issued by a competent authority. betpri will notify affected users of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

betpri's platform uses cookies and related tracking technologies to provide a functional, secure, and personalised experience. The categories of cookies used by betpri are as follows:

betpri does not use third-party advertising cookies or permit advertising networks to place cookies on the betpri platform. You can manage non-essential cookie preferences via betpri's cookie settings interface. Disabling functional or analytics cookies may affect some non-core aspects of your betpri experience but will not prevent access to any essential service.

7. Data Retention Periods

betpri retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, subject to mandatory minimum retention periods imposed by betpri's gaming license and applicable financial regulations. The following retention schedules apply:

• Account and Identity Data (KYC): Retained for the duration of your active betpri account plus a mandatory minimum post-closure period of five (5) years, as required by betpri's gaming license KYC record-keeping obligations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction, as required by anti-money laundering regulations applicable to betpri's gaming license. This includes all deposit and withdrawal records.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for the duration of account activity plus five (5) years post-closure for audit and dispute resolution purposes.
• Support and Communications Records: Retained for three (3) years following the closure of each support interaction or complaint, to enable reference in subsequent related disputes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for three (3) years following any withdrawal of marketing consent, to demonstrate compliance with opt-out requests.
• Technical and Session Data: Retained for a rolling period of twelve (12) months for fraud detection and platform security purposes, then automatically deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, betpri permanently and securely deletes or anonymises the relevant personal data in accordance with its data destruction protocol.

8. Data Security Measures

betpri implements comprehensive technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and betpri's servers is protected using 256-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption — the same standard used by regulated financial institutions.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data — including CNIC records, financial information, and authentication credentials — is stored using AES-256 encryption in betpri's secure data infrastructure.
• Access Control: Personal data is accessible only to betpri staff who require it for their specific role. Access is controlled through role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication for staff systems, and comprehensive access logging.
• Penetration Testing: betpri's platform undergoes regular independent penetration testing and security audits conducted by qualified cybersecurity professionals to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
• Incident Response: betpri maintains a documented data breach incident response plan. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to affected users, betpri will notify impacted users and relevant regulatory authorities within the timeframes required by applicable data protection standards.
• Staff Training: All betpri staff with access to personal data receive mandatory data protection training on an annual basis and are subject to confidentiality obligations as a condition of employment.

9. Your Data Protection Rights

As a betpri user, you hold the following data protection rights with respect to the personal data betpri processes about you. These rights are subject to limited exceptions where betpri's processing is required for legal compliance or legitimate interests that override individual rights:

Requests may require identity verification before processing.

10. International Data Transfers

betpri operates as an international platform. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan, including the jurisdiction in which betpri's international gaming license is issued and the jurisdictions where betpri's technology infrastructure and approved third-party providers are located.

All such international transfers are conducted in accordance with betpri's data protection obligations. Where data is transferred to jurisdictions that may not have equivalent data protection laws to internationally recognised standards, betpri implements appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives equivalent protection, including contractual data processing agreements with all recipient organisations that impose GDPR-aligned standards.

betpri does not transfer your personal data to any country or jurisdiction that has been identified as high-risk by the gaming regulatory authority under whose license betpri operates, unless required by mandatory legal process.

11. Children and Minors — Strict 21+ Policy

betpri's platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. betpri does not knowingly collect, process, or retain any personal data relating to persons under 21 years of age.

If betpri discovers during KYC verification, account review, or any other process that personal data belonging to a person under 21 years has been collected — whether through misrepresentation by the individual or any other means — betpri will:

• Immediately suspend the relevant account pending a compliance review.
• Permanently close the account upon confirmation of under-21 status.
• Securely delete all personal data associated with the underage account as promptly as possible, subject to any mandatory retention obligations under betpri's gaming license compliance requirements.
• Return any real-money funds deposited by the underage user to the original payment source after compliance review.

12. Marketing Communications and Your Opt-Out Rights

betpri may send marketing communications — including promotional bonus offers, new game announcements, PSL cricket betting promotions, and seasonal campaigns — to users who have expressly opted in to receive such communications during registration or via their account settings.

The following conditions govern betpri's marketing communications:

• Marketing communications are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in. betpri does not send unsolicited marketing to users who have not provided consent.
• You may opt out of all betpri marketing communications at any time by: (a) clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any betpri marketing email, (b) adjusting your communication preferences in your betpri account settings, or (c) contacting betpri support and requesting removal from all marketing lists.
• Opt-out requests for marketing communications are processed within 5 business days. You may continue to receive non-promotional essential account communications (such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts) regardless of your marketing opt-out status.
• betpri does not share user contact data with third-party advertising platforms. All betpri marketing is conducted directly through betpri's own controlled channels — email, in-platform notifications, and SMS.

13. Third-Party Services and External Links

The betpri platform integrates services provided by certified third-party gaming software studios and payment processing providers. Each of these third parties operates under its own privacy policy and data protection framework. betpri contractually requires all integrated third-party providers to maintain data protection standards consistent with betpri's own obligations.

betpri is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that are not under betpri's direct control. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of all third-party services they interact with, including their mobile wallet provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and their bank.

betpri's responsible gaming toolkit may include references to internationally recognised problem gambling support organisations. betpri is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any external organisation's resources.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

betpri reserves the right to update, amend, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in betpri's services, applicable legal requirements, or betpri's data practices. The following process governs Privacy Policy amendments:

• Material changes to this Privacy Policy — those that meaningfully alter how betpri processes your personal data or affect your data protection rights — will be communicated to registered users via email to their registered betpri address at least 14 days prior to the amended Policy taking effect.
• Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of data processing, and formatting updates — may be implemented without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
• The "Effective" and "Last Reviewed" dates at the top of this document are updated with each revision to assist users in identifying the current operative version. Continued use of betpri following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
• Previous versions of betpri's Privacy Policy are archived and available upon request to betpri's data protection team.

15. Contact, Data Protection Officer, and Complaints

For all data protection queries, subject access requests, data rights exercises, or privacy complaints, please contact betpri using the following details:

betpri aims to acknowledge all data protection correspondence within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 30 days of receiving a complete request. For complex requests, betpri may request an extension of up to an additional 60 days, in which case the user will be notified of the extension and the reason for it within the initial 30-day period.

If you are not satisfied with betpri's response to your privacy complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to betpri's gaming licensing authority, which has jurisdiction over betpri's data protection obligations in the context of its gaming operations.

By using the betpri platform, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy in full and that you understand how betpri collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please cease using betpri and contact betpri's support team to request account closure and data processing cessation.
