Preamble — Agreement Between You and betpri
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between betpri ("betpri", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product, service, or feature available through the betpri platform at https://betpri.one and any associated mobile applications.
By creating a betpri account, depositing funds, or using any betpri service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use betpri's platform or services.
Important: These Terms form a legally binding contract. betpri recommends that all users retain a copy of this document for their records.
Clause 01
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Computerised National Identity Card — the official Pakistani government-issued identity document required as the primary identity verification document for betpri account verification. |
| "Wagering Requirement" |
The minimum total bet amount a Player must place with Bonus Funds before those funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "Void Bet" |
A bet that is cancelled by betpri due to a technical error, data feed failure, pricing anomaly, or event cancellation, resulting in the return of the original stake to the Player's balance. |
Clause 02
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the betpri platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age. betpri enforces a strict 21+ age policy and conducts mandatory age verification via CNIC for all accounts. This age restriction applies uniformly across all betpri products including sports betting, casino gaming, slot games, and lottery participation.
- You are accessing betpri voluntarily, for your own personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by betpri or any recognised responsible gaming organisation.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying your legal right to use betpri in your jurisdiction.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of betpri or any of betpri's affiliated gaming software or services providers.
Under-21 Access Is Strictly Prohibited. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any bonuses claimed. betpri reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration
To use betpri's real-money services, you are required to create a single registered account. The following conditions govern the account registration process and ongoing account maintenance:
- Single Account Rule: Each individual is entitled to register and operate exactly one betpri account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functional email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for permanent account closure.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpri login credentials. betpri will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to betpri support.
- Contact Information Updates: You are obligated to keep your registered contact information current. betpri communicates important account, compliance, and promotional information via your registered email and mobile number. betpri accepts no liability for communications not received due to outdated contact details.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)
betpri is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer verification for all accounts. KYC is a regulatory obligation — it is not discretionary and cannot be waived for any user under any circumstances.
The standard KYC documentation required by betpri includes:
- A clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), confirming your identity and age.
- Proof of your registered payment method — for JazzCash or EasyPaisa this is typically a screenshot of the registered wallet screen confirming your mobile number.
- In certain higher-risk or higher-value circumstances, betpri may request a recent utility bill, bank statement, or additional identity documentation as part of enhanced due diligence.
Until KYC verification is completed to betpri's satisfaction, withdrawal of funds from your account will be restricted. betpri aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, and all other Pakistani cities are subject to the same KYC requirements.
betpri's KYC process is confidential and handled by a dedicated compliance team. Documentation is processed and stored in accordance with betpri's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Clause 05
5. Deposits and Payment Methods
betpri accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank internet banking. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at betpri's discretion.
The following conditions apply to all deposits on betpri:
- The minimum deposit amount on betpri is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed during the deposit flow.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. betpri does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party's payment account will be returned and may trigger a compliance review of your betpri account.
- JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your betpri balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business hour depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
- betpri does not charge deposit fees for any of its standard Pakistani payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges — betpri is not responsible for third-party fees.
- betpri reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations under its gaming license.
Clause 06
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal of funds from your betpri account is subject to the following conditions:
- Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC are not eligible for withdrawal.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. betpri does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- The minimum withdrawal amount on betpri is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction may apply as displayed in the withdrawal interface.
- Standard verified-account withdrawals are processed within 2–6 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa requests, and within 1–24 hours for bank transfer requests, subject to the receiving bank's processing timelines.
- betpri reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, high-value, or subject to enhanced due diligence under its anti-money laundering obligations.
- Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for immediate withdrawal and may be subject to administrative processing review.
betpri processes withdrawals during its standard operational hours. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed in order from the next available processing window.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
betpri offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All promotions are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, supplemented by the following general provisions that apply to all betpri bonuses:
- Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, betpri bonuses are available to fully verified adult users aged 21+ with accounts in good standing. betpri reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its sole discretion where misuse is suspected.
- Welcome Bonus: The betpri welcome bonus is available to new registered players making their first qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once. Accounts found to have claimed the welcome bonus more than once by circumventing the single-account rule are subject to immediate closure.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your betpri account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified. Expiry of the wagering period results in automatic forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those funds.
- Eligible Games: Not all betpri games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category — sports bets, live casino games, slots, and keno may have different contribution percentages as specified in each bonus's terms.
- Maximum Bonus Win: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings derived from bonus funds is subject to a cap as specified in each offer. Winnings exceeding the maximum cap will be removed from the balance upon withdrawal request.
- Bonus Abuse: Any strategy or approach identified by betpri as constituting systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting techniques using betpri bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

8. Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through betpri, including cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered on the platform:
- All bets are accepted subject to betpri's standard rules for the relevant sport and market. Betpri's published sport-specific rules take precedence in the event of any ambiguity.
- betpri reserves the right to suspend betting markets, limit stakes, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion. Such decisions may be made without prior notice and betpri is under no obligation to provide a reason for any stake limitation or bet refusal.
- In-play bets on betpri are accepted in real time during live sporting events. In-play odds are subject to rapid movement. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a betpri confirmation message — bets that have not received confirmation have not been accepted regardless of what was displayed on the player's screen at the time of attempting placement.
- All PSL cricket bets on betpri are governed by the Pakistan Cricket Board's official match results and the laws of cricket as applied to the relevant competition format.
- In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs (in the case of cricket), betpri's sport-specific settlement rules determine the applicable outcome. Generally, events reduced below a minimum threshold are settled as void and stakes returned.
- betpri prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets on the platform. Detection of automated betting results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending bets.

9. Casino and Slot Game Rules
The following provisions govern all casino and slot gaming activity on betpri, including live casino tables, RNG table games, slot machines, and game show titles:
- All betpri casino games — whether live dealer or RNG-based — are provided by certified third-party gaming studios and operate on independently audited Random Number Generators. betpri does not control, modify, or influence game outcomes in any way.
- Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all betpri casino and slot games represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate certified by the independent testing laboratory. Actual results for any individual session may vary materially from the published RTP.
- betpri live casino decisions are final once confirmed by the dealer and/or the game software. Queries regarding live casino results must be submitted to betpri support within 24 hours of the disputed session with the relevant hand or spin reference number.
- In the event of a live casino disconnection during an active hand or spin, betpri's system records the game state at the time of disconnection. The game result is determined by the certified game software and betpri's records are the authoritative reference for settlement purposes.
- betpri reserves the right to remove, modify, or temporarily suspend any casino game or slot title from its library at any time without prior notice, including during periods of technical maintenance or licensing changes.
Clause 10
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following acts and behaviours are strictly prohibited on betpri and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
- Creating or operating more than one betpri account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point in your interaction with betpri.
- Using the betpri platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly in the betpri platform — whether in the sportsbook, casino, slots, or any other product area.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any non-human process to interact with the betpri platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or conduct any other activity.
- Colluding with other players, betpri employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate betting outcomes, or defraud betpri or other platform users.
- Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud by falsely disputing legitimate betpri transactions with your payment provider.
- Sharing your betpri account credentials with any third party or permitting another person to use your betpri account.
- Abusing betpri's bonus and promotions system in any manner, including systematic matched betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinated multi-account exploitation.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing betpri support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Any account found engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended. betpri will conduct a full review of all account activity. Depending on the severity and nature of the breach, consequences include permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, reporting to relevant law enforcement or gaming regulatory authorities, and civil legal action where damages are applicable.

11. Responsible Gaming
betpri is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms and are mandatory for all betpri users:
- Age Restriction: betpri's platform is strictly 21+. All registered users confirm they are at least 21 years of age and consent to CNIC-based age verification.
- Self-Exclusion: Any betpri user may request self-exclusion at any time via their account settings or by contacting betpri support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During exclusion, all account access and promotional communications are suspended. betpri processes self-exclusion requests within a maximum of 24 hours.
- Deposit Limits: betpri provides tools allowing users to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Reminders: betpri offers optional session time reminder notifications that alert players at intervals they set in their account preferences.
- Reality Check: betpri's platform includes an optional feature that displays session duration and net win/loss at user-defined intervals to promote informed gaming decisions.

Clause 12
12. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and data comprising the betpri platform — including but not limited to the betpri brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game integrations, and any content created by or for betpri — are the exclusive intellectual property of betpri or its licensed third-party providers.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betpri platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on any betpri intellectual property.
Any unauthorised use of betpri's intellectual property constitutes infringement and betpri reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, in any applicable jurisdiction.
Clause 13
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpri's aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms, the betpri platform, or any services provided thereunder — regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betpri shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
- Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the betpri platform.
- Losses arising from network failures, internet outages, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider errors that are outside betpri's reasonable control.
- Losses incurred as a result of incorrect or outdated information provided by data feeds, score providers, or event statistics services integrated into the betpri platform.
- Any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by betpri's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Clause 14
14. Account Suspension and Termination
betpri reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested by betpri's compliance team.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Detection of duplicate accounts or identity sharing.
- A chargebacks dispute raised against betpri by the user's payment provider.
- Regulatory or legal requirement to close the account.
- betpri's decision to withdraw services from a particular market or jurisdiction.
Upon permanent account closure for breach of Terms, betpri reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the breach. In cases of closure for non-breach reasons (such as a market withdrawal), betpri will process a withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method.
Clause 15
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpri's international gaming license is issued, except where the application of that law would be contrary to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in a user's home jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a user and betpri, the following resolution process applies:
- Stage 1 — Direct Resolution: The user must first contact betpri support via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. betpri aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receipt of a complete complaint.
- Stage 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved satisfactorily at Stage 1, the user may escalate the complaint to betpri's designated compliance officer via the formal complaints process detailed on betpri's support pages.
- Stage 3 — Licensing Authority: If the dispute remains unresolved following Stages 1 and 2, the user may refer the matter to the gaming licensing authority that issued betpri's international gaming license for independent adjudication.
Clause 16
16. Amendments to These Terms
betpri reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process governs amendments:
- Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via the email address registered with their betpri account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
- Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting updates, and clarifications that do not change the substantive rights or obligations of either party — may be made without notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
- Continued use of the betpri platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using betpri's services and close your account prior to the effective date.
- The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document identify the currently operative version of betpri's Terms and Conditions. Previous versions are archived and available upon request to betpri's compliance team.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and betpri with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether written or oral.
